What you choose to save

Sign-in provides an account identifier and display details. Hiring briefs may contain contact details, role requirements and salary budgets. Candidate profiles may contain experience, preferences, contact details and an optional PDF résumé. Checklists store your selected steps.

How your details are used

Your records are stored on the hosted platform and linked to your account so you can view, export or remove them. Submitted requirements and candidate profiles, including contact information and attached résumés, are accessible to the recruitment team for review and follow-up. Older private drafts stay private unless you explicitly submit them. Personal checklists remain private. We do not forward profiles to external employers, send automated marketing messages or process payroll. Do not upload identity documents, bank details or confidential third-party information.

Your controls

Open My workspace to export or remove saved records. Uploaded résumés are accessible to you and, when submitted with your profile, the authorised recruitment team. Removing a saved candidate record also deletes its attached résumé.
